Every diamond we sell is guaranteed to have top light behavior ratings using ImaGem’s Direct Measurement of Light Behavior. We only sell diamonds that have “Excellent +” to “Very Good” light behavior.
For selecting and buying, we have developed a proprietary “Beauty Score TM” derived from the brilliance, sparkle and intensity of a diamond’s light behavior. The Beauty Score is based on a five star rating system. Diamonds with Excellent+ and Excellent light behavior are rated at five stars. Very Good+ and Very Good diamonds are rated at four stars. Good light behavior is rated at three stars, fair light behavior is rated at two stars and Poor light behavior is rated at one star. Since it is difficult for consumers to differentiate between color grades, clarity grades and cut grade, there is lingering doubt about quality of the diamond purchased. On the other hand, Beauty Score is easy to understand and diamonds with different beauty score are visibly different. This makes your shopping experience exciting and reliable.

DIAMOND GRADING & CERTIFICATION
Accuracy in diamond grading is important for the quality and the value you deserve and expect from us. In general, diamond grading is done subjectively, i.e., a diamond’s grade is based on an opinion. Claims to hand selected by experts, are often used to convey to the consumers, appearance of quality. There is solid scientific evidence that human vision is unable to accurately and consistently differentiate between colors that are very close to each other.
Licha uses patented and objective diamond grading technology pioneered by ImaGem Inc. for accurate and repeatable diamond grading.
Every diamond over 0.25 carats is graded using scientifically calibrated machines for color, clarity, light behavior, fluorescence, proportions, alignment and symmetry. After machine grading is complete, an expert gemologist checks the diamond and confirms the grading. This exclusive grading process is our way of bringing to you a beautiful diamond that accurately represents its value. The table below shows price differences in the values of diamonds. Wrong grading can cost you money- plenty of it.

Not all diamonds are created equal. We use “ImaGem Essence” copyrighted technology exclusively to cut and select beautiful diamonds with brilliant light behavior that will dazzle you.
Two diamonds with the same cut grade can have significant differences in their light performance. An “Excellent” cut grade does not guarantee exceptional light behavior, see the picture below.
